LinkedIn recently changed the process a little bit
for uploading your Custom LinkedIn Background.

Here's a 50-second video to show you the current steps:

And here's the written version of the step-by-step instructions:

1. Sign in to your LinkedIn Account

2.       Click on your small picture at the top right

3.       Click "View Profile"

4.       Click the edit pencil icon to the right of your headshot

5.       Click the edit pencil icon on the top right of the background banner

6.       If you have NOT uploaded a photo yet - when you click the pencil icon - your documents will open so you can select the photo to upload

7.       If you HAVE uploaded a photo already - when you click the pencil icon - you will be given the option to click the "Change photo" button

8.       After you select your photo and upload it - you can use the "Crop," "Filter," & "Adjust" features to tweak your photo

9.       Click the "Apply" button

10.   Click the "Save" button
